Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts, develop innovative strategies, and create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and business growth for both ECC and our clients. If you're a data-driven marketer with a passion for storytelling, brand-building, and performance analytics, we want you on our team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Market Research Expert: Conduct in-depth industry analysis and benchmarking to identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and new opportunities for ECC and its clients to gain a competitive edge.
  • Strategic Planner: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable impact for ECC and client projects.
  • Content Calendar Manager: Plan, organize, and maintain a seamless content and campaign calendar to ensure consistent and high-quality execution across all platforms.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with ECC’s and clients' objectives.
  • Creative Thinker: Bring fresh, bold, and engaging marketing ideas that captivate audiences and reinforce brand presence.
  • Performance Analyst: Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts for continuous growth.
  • Digital Content Oversight: Oversee the creation of engaging social media and digital marketing content in collaboration with the creative team, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives for ECC and clients.


 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns for businesses and clients.
  • Strong expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to drive targeted marketing efforts.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for branding and audience engagement.
  • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, social media advertising, PPC, and performance marketing tools.
  • A strong collaborative spirit, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • A self-starter with proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ready to start immediately or within one month.
