Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to bring bold visual ideas to life and lead the creative execution of high-impact designs across digital and print platforms. If you’re a visual storyteller with a strong design portfolio, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for creating compelling visual content, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

Creative Lead: Translate ideas and concepts into impactful design deliverables that effectively communicate messages and align with brand goals for ECC and its clients.
Cross-Platform Designer: Develop high-quality visual assets for websites, social media, digital campaigns, print materials, event branding, and presentations—ensuring all content is optimized for platform and audience.
Client-Focused Creator: Deliver tailored design work that reflects the brand identity, industry context, and messaging needs of each client while maintaining visual excellence.
Team Collaborator: Work closely with the creative team and cross-functional partners to turn briefs into compelling visual strategies and ensure design consistency across all outputs.
UI/UX Support: Assist in designing digital interfaces by contributing to layout, visual systems, and UI elements that enhance usability and maintain a cohesive look and feel.
Deadline-Driven Contributor: Manage multiple design projects efficiently, maintaining quality and creativity under tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color principles.
Experience designing for multiple platforms including digital, social media, and print.
Familiarity with UI design tools like Figma is a plus.
Portfolio demonstrating strong cross-platform design work.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Ready to start immediately or within one month.
