Responsibilities:

• Process data entries through the company platforms as per assignment ensuring an up-to-date and accurate data.
• Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
• Schedule appointments, and maintain and update Branch Manager' daily calendar.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics.
• Prepare correspondence containing routine requests and inquiries
• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies/office logistics, maintaining records management database systems.
• Archiving and storing paper version/e-version documents to ensure the confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
• Follow-up with clients regarding their payments to ensure a timely payment, by conferring with related internal staff.
• Confer with branch manager, sales manager or other managers to determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
• Perform routine bank telling tasks, including making deposits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree is a plus.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience
• Good command of the English language
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to deliver quality results and meet the deadlines on time
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
