What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-depth benchmarking and market research to analyze industry trends, user behaviors, and competitors, ensuring ECC stays ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing fresh ideas and strategies for UX design, user journeys, and UI visuals for websites and digital platforms.
• Lead the design process for mega websites and large-scale digital platforms—experience with government entities in the GCC region is a strong advantage.
• Innovate and conceptualize new design approaches, always staying updated with global UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams, ensuring seamless integration of UI/UX elements into brand storytelling and digital marketing initiatives.
• Proactively introduce new ideas, design methodologies, and creative strategies, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate business objectives into user-centric, visually compelling experiences.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met with the highest quality, aligning with ECC’s excellence-driven culture.
