Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist, based in Dubai, with strong expertise in Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Python/R, and a solid understanding of machine learning. The ideal candidate is a native Arabic speaker with over 5 years of experience in data science, capable of turning complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Design and optimize Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, automation, and predictive analytics.
  • Build advanced Tableau dashboards and interactive visualizations that tell compelling data stories for diverse stakeholders.
  • Apply machine learning techniques using Python or R to develop predictive models that inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
  • Use SQL to access and manipulate large datasets from relational databases.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytics projects.
  • Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences in Arabic and English.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science.
  • Proficient in Alteryx for data preparation, transformation, and predictive modeling.
  • Advanced skills in Tableau for visualization, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or R, including libraries for data analysis and machine learning.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
