Senior Technical Support Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Linux server management, Docker & Kubernetes, help desk strategies & KPIs, and a deep understanding of 3CX and database management. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, providing expert-level technical support, and optimizing performance across various platforms. Your role will be integral to our team, ensuring we maintain top-tier service and system reliability.

What You Will Do:
• Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring they run efficiently, securely, and optimally.
• Implement and manage Docker & Kubernetes environments for containerized applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Develop, implement, and optimize help desk strategies and KPIs to enhance support team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize deep knowledge of 3CX communication systems, troubleshooting and optimizing their performance.
• Oversee and optimize database management systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement and manage clustering systems for high availability, ensuring minimal downtime and system redundancy.

What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven 7+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• Deep expertise in Linux server management and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proven ability to develop and implement help desk strategies and manage KPIs.
• Extensive experience with 3CX communication systems.
• Experience with database management and clustering for high-availability systems.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
